We do not accept rental customers who have a high-risk insurance rating (SR). If you use a company's vehicle policy or have a policy that is in a no-fault insurance state, you must have your insurance company place our vehicle on your policy for the duration of the rental.

Once you make a reservation with us, a reservation confirmation will be emailed or faxed to you that will confirm your rental dates and times.

Cancellation Fee: If your reservation is not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the original pick-up date and time, a one-day rental fee penalty will be charged. If you do not show up to pick up your vehicle within two hours of the rental start time, your reservation is forfeited, and the vehicle will be returned to its storage location.

Refueling Charges:  You will be provided with a full tank of gas at the time of your rental. We ask that you return the vehicle with the same gasoline level. The fuel level amount will be printed on your rental agreement. If you return it with less gasoline, we will charge you $5.50/gal used. (Rate is subject to change based on current gas price).

International Drivers:  International drivers are not allowed at this time.

Late Charges:  We do offer a 1-hour grace period for returns. If you exceed the 24 hour period by more than 1 hour, you will be charge for an additional day.

Driving Rules and Regulations in California:  California state law requires that when you are traveling in a motor vehicle, the driver and all passengers must wear their seatbelts at all times. Children weighing less than 60 pounds must be secured in a child safety seat. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a serious offense in California. A person is considered legally drunk when his or her blood alcohol level reaches .08%. In California, parking meters and painted curbs are in operation and are closely monitored 24 hours a day by the authorities. Citations and fines are expensive; to avoid them, be sure to read all parking signs carefully before parking your vehicle.  You are financially responsible for all infractions during your rental period.

Driving Area Restrictions:  Vehicles are NOT allowed across the Mexican border.
